I had a pleasant stay overall, with the hotel's central location being its biggest highlight. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I encountered some issues with my room's size and basic amenities. The daily breakfast was generally good, but there were definitely areas that could use improvement.

I had a mixed experience at Quatro Puerta Del Sol. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Madrid, but the loud construction noise and thin walls seriously detracted from my stay. The cleanliness of my room also raised concerns when I discovered a decomposing sandwich in the wardrobe. The staff were friendly, but more attention to maintenance and customer care is needed.
